In 2006 Rachel Reed began her career as a hairstylist who would set forth a journey to lead her clients in a path of styling, fashion forward.
Since Rachel’s arrival to New Orleans in 2011, she has made an impact on becoming one of uptown New Orleans’ most sought out hairstylists. Rachel provides her clients with confidence by giving them consistency in haircuts and color that brings together their desired look and style with ease.
Being surrounded by New Orleans’ creative visual beauty is what helps keep Rachel both inspired and driven to push her craft full steam ahead! Continuing her education with Bumble & Bumble, Wella and Paul Mitchell has given Rachel the knowledge of how & why, which led to the achievement of starting Hinge Salon. Hinge Salon was created as a space to encourage a culture of style & art for both the internal and external.
